ACADEMY ONCE UPON A TIME Once Upon A Time were the familiar and expectant words that led us all into a magical world of stories and fairytales. Nostalgic for the simple pleasures of the past, we have created an Association which aims to renew and to remind us of many of the things of which these stories spoke - of Tuscan traditions and culture, of Tuscan food, and of the art of past times. Academy Once Upon A Time is open to membership for those of like mind who are seeking tastes and recipes of the past, dinners served in a old fashioned romantic setting, participation in preparing traditional Tuscan dishes with local housewives - those real holders of the secrets of the Tuscan Kitchen, sample courses in art and ceramics, and reliving with us some of the many Tuscan traditions which once enriched the calendar.
